Morning all. Just completed week 5 run 3. I cannot believe I have just ran for 20 mins without stopping never even done that on the treadmill. My split times actually got quicker so managed to pace myself. Only managed 4k in 30 mins but still really pleased with myself. Roll on week 6.

👏👏👏👏 Well done! This was my favourite milestone when doing C25K! It’s a brilliant achievement! And 4k in 30 minutes is excellent. 👍
