W2R2 done. Sore knees...

Just given myself a pat on the back. I’m still here and nearly at the end of week 2. I thought I would have given up by now. Last week my hips were tight, now my knees feel sore. Is this the same experience for others? Is my body just getting used to the idea of running? Thanks for all the great posts folks. They are all so supportive and encouraging for people like me who aren’t finding it easy. 😀

Well done.

The guide to the plan has advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Knee pain is common and following the above advice will ease it.
