Week 3 - confused by length of runs?

Had really psyched myself up to start week 3 today, expecting to run for 2 and then 3 minutes according to the spreadsheet. I use the app though and when I went to start and Laura said it would 1.5 and then 3, it threw me. I managed to do it successfully, despite 2 people stopping to talk to me (!), but I just wondered whether I'm doing the right plan now? Or will it all sort itself out in the end. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi, are you using the couchto5k app? If you click on each Week/days run, it tells you what each run breaks down too! Good luck! Happy running!

Thanks, yes, I'm using the app but it doesn't tell you what the runs will be until you start each new week so I was just a bit surprised. But thanks for the good wishes. You too!

You can click on a future weeks/days,to see what’s coming up, Just don’t press start, close it down with the x in the top right corner! Sometimes it’s as well not to know what’s coming up! 😂

Gosh, only realised now what the colourful bar chart represents! Am running my W3 R1 today, so great to know! Thanks!

Feel free to peruse future runs authorgal, some people like to know what's coming it may suit you to know ?

Yes, I was using the spreadsheet from this forum to tell me what to expect but it was then different on the app and that's what threw me. I'll use the app to confirm in future. Thanks for your reply :)
