Week 8 run 2 complete. Sneaked out after work just as it was getting dark , lovely and quiet can’t believe that I can run for 30 mins. Sciatica tends to play up after 20 minutes which is painful but kept going regardless ! . Didn’t want to stop at the end having so much fun. Not bad for an old bloke 58 , only started running end of February 😀🍺
