First run ✅

Hello all! I came across the program on Friday and immediately jumped into reading all about it.

Today was my first run (felt easy as it always does at the beginning, for me at least) but I’m sure it won’t be like that though. I am really committed to keep going and reach the main goal.

The feeling at the end of the run was great 👍🏻 🏃🏻‍♀️

Happy to be part of the community, keep going peeps.

Well done 🙌 I am also new to this and I am starting my first run tomorrow. I’ve never ran so a bit nervous but can’t wait 🙌
