Has anyone got any tips for me about starting to run again after knee injury? I've been out of action 12 weeks and don't know if I need to go right back to he beginning of the c25k app. I tried a gentle run on the treadmill a couple of days ago and managed 10 mins before feeling out of breath so walked for the rest of my time.Thanks.

You not only have to build your ability to run, you need to nurse your injury and avoid a recurrence.

I would advise you to go back to W1, as I myself have recently done after a knee injury. Patience and a slow build back up is far preferable to rushing and exacerbating your injury. Bear in mind that you are very likely to be susceptible to knee injuries again in future, so be kind to yourself and take it easy.

I tried to jump in half way after an injury, but ended up going back to the beginning. Much safer.

I'd start at the beginning and not on a treadmill if I could possibly avoid it.
