Well I’ve made it to week 3 run 1 and completed it. When I first got to Michael telling me on the 2nd run of the session for 3 mins I thought oh my goodness I’ve got to do 5 more of these! I hadn’t realised the session was broken down into 4. But amazingly I completed the whole session. Hot and sweaty but that can only mean I completed it all and pushed myself to the end and I’m absolutely chuffed! I’ve never reached week 3 before let alone finish it!

Ha ha...yes, definitely. When Michael said will the neighbours thinking your running or walking I quickly looked towards the garden wall! Thank god it’s taller than me! 🥰
