Well that was a surprise! Going from two 8 minute runs on Day 2 of Week 5 to one 20 minute run - I almost gave up as soon as I saw it, but I thought I’d have a go and see what I could do. I surprised myself, and while it wasn’t easy I felt at the end that I could have run more if necessary... So much of this is in the head, isn’t it?

Woo hoo well done! I remember my shock at seeing the 20 min run on the programme; but more than that, I remember my elation at completing it! It doesn’t matter that it wasn’t easy - it matters that you did it. 👍 And yes, running is SO much in the head. You train your brain as much as your legs during C25K. Keep up the good work. 👏👏👏
