Was a bit nervous of increase to 3 minutes but it was good. Knees still sore but physio said to do the strengthening exercises, bit of ice post run and it will calm down. Just working those muscles!

I’ve got this one tomorrow.. also feeling a bit nervous hopefully all will be ok. Was getting a bit breathey at 90 seconds so will try as best I can
