Managed my 1st run today...yeh! Without exaggeration this is the first time I’ve run because I wanted since I stopped playing football 21years ago...they said it would be tough and...boy was it....lovely morning though and really glad to have done it.. roll on Thursday 😀😀

Sound like me my friend and this plan really does work. Keep going and as the weeks go but you'll get fitter, stronger and have more stamina.
