Hi

Does anyone have psoriasis on the soles of their feet and if so how do they treat it so that they can still run

Yes, I do and have had times where the blisters were so sore that i had to take a couple of weeks off running and rest

What i have learnt over this last couple of years is: keep them clean, wash with mild soap and water daily my dermatologist said, moisturise, I smother in sudacream in the mornings, put on a pair of thin cotton socks then a pair of anti blister socks over the top, i keep out of shoes as much as possible and i never wear my leather shoes any more because they make my feet sweat and blister more easily. For the itchiness i take loratadine and if there is a really sore patch i cover with a soft padded dressing.

I’m not medically trained so that’s not advice it’s my experiences, but may give you some ideas as to how to manage your condition more comfortably
