W1R2 ✅ it was good, enjoyed the sunshine this morning. I just find that (maybe because I’m overweight) my ankles hurt it feels like more in the joints (which isn’t good considering I’m 25!) but I wondered if anyone had any experience of this? Similar pain to shin splints. Thanks, Lauren x

Well done for getting yourself out there and running Lolsytom, just make sure you rest up those ankles maybe get some I've on them to relax that ache and see how they feel next time out 👍👍

Well done on getting out there again. I think you will get aches and pains to start with. Don’t give up though because these will go as you get stronger. Take a day off now. That will give your body time to recover and get out there again in a couple of days. It might be tough now but c25k is the best thing I’ve ever done. Keep going and then you’ll look back in a few weeks time, agree and be amazed by the progress you make. Remember the saying no pain no gain. It’s true buts it worth it. I just ran 6.5km!
