I’ve never run in my life

Did my first 🏃‍♀️ two days ago around the back garden as self isolating and today I got dropped at the hill behind my house. I warmed up walking up the hill with the first jog then ran and jogged downhill to my house. I misjudged distance by 3mins so finished my cool-down around back garden. Coughed for half an hour but feel great
