I hope running is keeping people sane. Seems silly to be posting about ok runs when there are really serious things going on. Clinging to a slice of normalcy π€ͺ.
Family inventory: husband happy to be working from home (saves hour commute), oldest sleeping 16 hours/day and just waking up for online college, youngest being tortured by parents with Kahn academy and Duolingo to keep him from gaming 24/7, mom running and learning yoga to take a mental health break from all the togetherness. And weβre watching hours of movies waiting for weather to break. Cold mornings, raining all the rest.
Consolidation r2 went ok. Just ran to music this time as Nike coached run just annoyed me on r1. Iβm finding I really need these consolidation runs as, even at the π pace, Iβm having to mentally push myself to finish 30m.
Thank you running friends for sharing your trials, tribulations, and triumphs during lockdown.
