Hi everyone, I was due to start week 2 today but am full of cold so have needed to delay. I know it’s the right thing to do but am disappointed. Am a complete beginner so completing week 1 was a big deal for me and am worried I’ll lose motivation and that my efforts so far will be wasted.
I love reading your posts, I find them really inspiring, keep going everyone xx

It can happen to anyone, but you managed to start the course so hopefully it will give you the motivation to continue once you are feeling better.
Completely agree, you need time to recover from your cold instead pushing on to week two. You’ve already achieved great things by starting and completing week 1 so keep that in mind during your recovery! In the meantime, enjoy the forum and get well soon. Hopefully it won’t be two long until you are telling us you’ve smashed week 2🙂
