Was only supposed to run for 30 mins today... but was feeling good, so couldnβt help getting to the 5km mark. It took me 35 mins 58 secs. Itβs the first time in a little while where Iβve ran without stopping for a little breather. So really pleased with myself πͺπΌ
Really lame I know... but the lovely charity βVersus Arthritisβ sent me a free running vest. So I couldnβt help but personalise it with my name in pink, sparkles and hearts π
LOVE IT! π¬ (It wonβt let me post a picture at present π€·π»ββοΈ

Itβs a bit of a rollercoaster this running business but the most part I certainly enjoy it π
It is a very good organisation.
Iβm not sure if it helps or not to be honest, but certainly doesnβt seem to make things any worse for me! Iβm just grateful I can do it, as Iβve been told several times before my RA was under better control that I should try exercise that is less intense. Which always made me feel deflated because I like the running and the body pump and stuff like that.
I think the thing it helps most is mental health π
