Running through the pandemic

I completed the program back in November (man that felt good!). I started doing consolidation runs, but got a bit of an ankle strain/injury, so I took some time off to heal.

I started back up a few weeks ago, starting on week 6, to ease myself back to 30 minute runs.

I'm almost done week 8 for the second time, and it's feeling great!

I'm so glad to have this program to do during this time of physical distancing due to COVID-19. I can run early in the morning when few people are out. It makes me feel really good to be getting that exercise, even when I'm spending most of my time in my house, and even with gyms closed.

Looking forward to next week and being back to 30 minute runs!

Well done on getting back to it! Such a great thing to get you out the house and keeping active during this rubbish time! Oh and let’s not forget how amazing the weather is right now - perfect!
