Beautiful frosty morning with the sun peaking over the hill, 5:30am is a lovely time of day, no one about... which at the moment is a blessing.

Does anyone else find they run slower in the cold? Maybe it’s just me.

I think I run better in the cold. I'm not looking forward to the middle of summer tbh, but it might not be so bad in the early hours.

Around about 8 degrees I run ok, but today it was 1 degree and it was very chilly.

I’m looking forward to mornings when it’s warmer and sunny
