Just done two 8min runs which was great. I looked ahead to next run, and it's one 20 min run. Is the ap broken? Did I look wrong? Or is this the leap?

Hey it looks like you've skipped to Week 5 ? Week 2
For your 3 runs in week 2, you will begin with a brisk 5-minute walk, then alternate 1-and-a-half minutes of running with 2 minutes of walking, for a total of 20 minutes. Check out the link below for an idea of what to expect :). Hope this helps.

Run 3 of week 5 is the 20 minute run that scares some people, do not fear it, take that run slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, good luck.
And then it goes back to the short runs?? What music can I use is my next wonder...
