W6R3 what a feeling!

Set out on this sunny frosty morning for my first 25 minute non stop run after an enforced 2 week break expecting to not be able to complete it. Decided to go a totally new route away from people and traffic and what a difference it made- new things to look at to take my mind off the task. It really is mind over matter and I completed it without too much difficulty. It did however leave me with a 20 minute warm down walk which involved a very steep uphill section which was altogether a different story! Elated
