W4R1 finished; podcast suggestions?

Runningwithfriends profile image

Hi all! I finished W4R1 last night and I'm super proud of myself for running for a total of 16 mins! Woo!!

I have been using the NHS podcast and really enjoy it, but would love to change it up some this week. I know next week we have a different podcast for each run, but on weeks that it is the same run each time, the podcast gets old to me. Do you have a suggestion of other podcasts that do the same running schedule, that I could go between?

Thanks so much!

Have you tried the app? If you use that rather than the podcast, you can also play your own music, or listen to any random podcast or audiobook, and the trainer only kicks in at key moments to tell you what to do, briefly over-riding whatever you’re playing......😁

This is my next run so it’s great to hear you did it well:)

As for music/podcasts- I concur with Wenderwoo:

I can have Jo Whiley letting me know when to run(jog!) and walk while also listening to music or audio books.

Plus the new added zombies chasing me!! (from a different app that was recommended on this forum)

It doesn’t get dull or boring😂
