So I did my graduation run at parkrun yesterday and am really proud of myself.
My question now though is - what do I do now!!!! π€π

Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating, well done
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE π next to your username leave a message on the March graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated.
What next, run several 30 minute consolidation runs before you think of what you want to do, you could go onto Ju Ju's Magic 10 if you wish to run a 10K.
Well done mumtoalice, πππ. First job is to celebrate wildly !!
Next, you have choices to make, which for me were around βhow do I keep this interestingβ. Age was a limiting factor...Speed wasnβt going to be something likely to repay investment of time and effort, so I went for increasing distance through ju-juβs plan; based around a short quicker run each week, a 5k then a longer slow run increasing distance week on week. You can pick this up on Bridge to 10k. Despite my then 66 years it worked. In fact I managed to reach HM distance. The extra distance opened up new runs in lovely places. In parallel, I started Park Runs, running with other people, and doing a 10k road race. Somewhere in all of that my speed built up a bit too. But that is just me!!!My point is you have a choice, and info on his site about complementary exercises, diet, the lot, as well as fantastic camaraderie and support. The running world is at your feet ππ
Congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.
