Not a bad run. I admit to choosing an easier flatter run again last night, hills just scare me. I'm going to take a couple of days off now ready for the festival of running 5k on Sunday.
Will spend some time today researching how best to prepare for a 5k race... what to eat & when, for example.
My wife started her C25K w3 last night, and I managed to complete my run, and jump straight into her warm up walk... so I kept her company. (I figure the walk/run cycles she is doing can act as an extended warm down for me when I join her...)
I guess I should be amazed that I can do a 5k, then do a week 3 run 1 immediately afterwards... it seemed easy, and I guess that shows just how amazingly far I have come?
