W5R3 wobbles

Trying so hard not to get phased that next run W5R3 is 20mins. Yesterday couldn’t believe I did 2x8mins but 20 seems a big jump. Having said that I couldn’t run at all (or convinced myself I couldn’t) 7 weeks ago. A few repeats and injuries with more rest days at times has helped me get to this point. Wish I had tried something like this 30 years ago as feel so good when out there ‘running’ 🏃🏻‍♀️

You can do it. So much of getting through it is mental rather than physical. I did it that run on Wednesday and had the same thoughts in my mind beforehand. Take it slow and steady. Keep breathing and remember you’ve got this! Trust the programme, it has built you up to do this. Let us know how it goes.

Well done you, I'm sure you can do it . I'm just starting week 5 today , like you said I didn't think I could run, but now I think we all can we if we do what the app tells us !
