Consolidated 5 k.

I have returned home to a well earned hot drink following completion of an evening 5k run with a local running group. Three of us embarked some weeks ago onto the programme. I'm pleased to report. all three of us completed this evenings 5k run. And guess what? Yet again, NO RAIN! I've completed the entire c25k and a consolidation run, here in the UK, and never experienced rain whilst running.

I hope the ramblings of an unfit 62 year old, spurs others on to dig in, and complete the programme. Anyhow, it's now that time of night to reverse the c25k and resort to the couch with my hot drink......
