Wk 9 run 1, woke up to horrendous stormy weather yet again and was really tempted to put off today’s run. Decided instead to try a different route so went to run along a canal. It was brilliant! There were so many signs of spring I wasn’t even paying attention to the time. Loved it

Edited to add that as you can see in the pic, the rain cleared up and joyfully I caught a sunny interlude.

Ahh that looks nice, hurray for a sunny spell. The signs of spring and sunshine makes everything so much better.
