Did it, could not be happier about that, but with 15 minutes on the clock I got a calf strain, carried on and run it off, was not going to be beaten. I know I should have stopped, will see how I feel Thursday or Friday and have a gentle run, bit achey so will see.
Anyway, started on this journey 13th of January, knew I had the determination to do it, just not sure how long it was going to take. Consolidation for me then onwards and upwards. Thanks all for the support and help over the last 8 weeks, there will be more questions to come.

It's not about the end, it is about the journey, you will get there, my wife is doing a different system that is 12 weeks, but the benefits she gets are the same.

Congratulations,well done!I also graduated yesterday but much the same,pulled my hamstring and kept going(only had 8 minutes)I’m just hoping same as you I haven’t done more damage.Going to also leave it a couple days then just take it easy on run see how I go.Good luck on your consolidation runs.
