A happy one, that's what! My first consolidation run took place in heavy rain and wind - I always run on a Monday and I wasn't going to let the weather stop me.
I focused on running for 30 minutes rather than speed and was happy with the run. I was slower than last week but expected that because of the weather.
I run before my evening meal and I'm finding that I'm enjoying my food more, probably because I'm starving when I've finished! 😂 Does anyone else experience a self-satisfied glow once they've recovered? 😂

Don't focus on speed, that will change over time, keep up the 30 minutes, get your body used to it in these consolidation weeks. You are out there, a serious runner!! Well done!! I can't wait to be at your stage!!
