The exclamation point was far more enthusiastic than the run. But done is done. Feel fabulous to complete the week but still not feeling fabulous to run. I guess I’m running towards being a runner.
Being outdoors has helped me stay the course. Still not feeling the thrill of running yet but do feel the thrill of not being sedentary. And feel better everywhere else. Stronger. And I’m no longer feeling a fraud (almost) to say I’m a runner 🙃. My birthday is coming up, I asked for a strobe and shorty socks. You must be a runner if the most important thing you can think of for a birthday is a flasher and socks. Onwards to w8.
