Yo Adrienne ! W7R2 complete, it’s getting easier and recovery time has vastly improved, I’ve found the biggest thing for me is I don’t get out of breath like I used to and I feel calmer throughout the day.....anyway onwards and upwards....Apollo Creeds got nowt to worry about....but I’m proud of my progress so far.......good luck to everyone who’s going out for a run today 👍

Almost time for graduation, and by the sounds of it, you will be running like a gazelle by that time too.

You should definitely be proud of yourself, I'm a couple of runs ahead of you and can't believe I've got this far either - doesn't it feel like a different lifetime that we were starting and struggling with that first 60 second run in week 1? :-)

Congratulations and happy running :-)

W7R3 just just completed, yes just like you I can’t believe how far I’ve come and my increase in stamina, W8 is a bit daunting 25 to 28 min runs, scary but determined to do it. Good luck to you, you’re almost there 👍
