1st run absolutely smashed it. 2nd run well all I can say is make sure you fuel your body correctly. Nearly didnt finish as it felt like how the Brownlee brother felt when his legs had gone, but my daughter pushed me through it.
Run 3 last night completed it and ran 4.65 kms which is the furthest ever!!!
Slight runbers knee at the minute do straps etc help ?

I had a knee injury that caused me to be on the IC for 8 weeks, I told my sports physio that I had bought some straps and she wasn't at all impressed!. "Do people drill and fill their own teeth ?" was her starting point.
I think the message was until you know what the problem is, you can't treat it, and incorrect management may cause more harm than good.
