I thought it was impossible but I did ! That was hard I ran at a pace of 5.7 throughout which I’ve never done before - proud of myself but feel like I’m going to collapse 🥵

Well done.

It can be as hard as you want it to be..........if it is tough, just slow down.

There is absolutely no need to push yourself to the point of being a quivering wreck.......far better to slow down and make sure that your muscles are fully supplied by oxygenated blood.
