Well I was going to try to wait until Monday’s physio session but this morning I just couldn’t resist the little patch of sunshine. And I tried out a friends advice. She has also been suffering with one sore hip and her dad asked her if she always did the same route. She said usually and he said maybe it’s the camber of the pavement ? So one hip is always higher? So I reversed my run today and ran on the pavement on the other side of the road too. Managed 28 minutes too for the first time since late summer. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and after a nice hot soak and lots of Epsom salts and lots of stretches I feel good. Let’s hope I still feel the same later today 🤣🤣

It is glorious out there today, Lou, and I also had a very joyful run as a result! Glad you got a nice run in, and hope that your hip is okay? 28 mins is great, well done. Good luck with the physio, too. I had a very sore hip recently, related to a sore lower back that I pulled being too overeager doing yoga! All fine now though, but I do know how horrible a sore hip can be. x

Yeah it was lovely while I was running/ broke out the shades even but by the time I’d had my bath the rain had started again and I’d wished I’d got my washing in ☹️

This hip has been niggling since last summer so I need to get it sorted now
