Delayed by 1 day due to jammed rib cage. But I did it! I’m only running at a pace of 5.6-5.8 maximum is that ok or should I be going faster??

What units are dealing with here, please? (5.6-5.8)

I ran W6R1 at 10 minutes 34 seconds / km average, so we may be on different units (or you are much faster than me).

My tracker (for outdoor running) measures time per km.

I'm the same, also running at 5.8 km/h. That seems like a decent speed to me.

Granted, it's not much faster than a brisk walk, but you're building stamina and endurance to run for 30 minutes.

I think that only once that's achieved, is it worth paying much attention to actual speed. 😊

Hi Neet everybody’s speed is different some faster some slower if your comfortable at that pace then that is the speed that is right for you. You don’t want to be going to fast as that your puffed out you should be going at a pace that you can comfortably hold a conversation. Good luck on the c25k.
