Huge well done you... slow and steady is the mantra; and do pop across to the Strength and Flex forum for some ideas to help with some rest day exercise to improve your strength and your stamina
Well done, Edwardkerrison. You are right on track...you have started. After the day or two rest your body will be ready again and each time it will recover quicker. So excited for you. Do keep posting and reading / responding to those on the programme with you. You have joined a fab group and you are not running on your own.
