Well, first parkrun and last Cto5K run completed, came 67 out of 150+, but would have been elated even if I came last.
Definitely got the running bug and I cannot believe how much I have achieved in such a relatively short space of time.
If I can do it you all can too.

That is amazing, well done! I'm starting W8 on Monday and am feeling a bit anxious about the Parkrun looming. I think it will take me a long time to complete it, but I will give it my best shot.
