Looking into footwear but also want to know the best stretches - any good sites or videos?

Gait analysis hanruh, let's you know if you're needing any sort of support trainer, re stretches have you checked out the health unlocked stretching video it's simple to follow and effective 👍
If you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you will find links to stretches and also to a post about buying running shoes.
Look up "tibialis posterior tendinopathy". That gives pain where you describe. I am seeing a physio for mine. Good news is you don't have to stop running if that's what it is.
Head over to Strength and Flex and do check out ALL the info there on stretches and exercise for the running body!

How’s it going? Hope the stretches helped. Also, an extra rest day can work wonders. I still walk on rest days.
