Just completed run 1 of week 7 and found it a struggle! Still I didn’t stop and somehow carried on for 25 mins. Think it may be the fact of too much alcohol this weekend! First time I’ve not enjoyed a run so hoping run 2 will be better.

Hydrate well, rest well and head out... slow and steady
The weather won't have helped! Well done on making it and goodluck for the next one
Hey there. Well, you did it! I found 7.1 quite draining. But today I did 7.2 (you can find my post with the sunset photo) and here’s something I noticed: when I set off I knew I can do this because I’d done 7.1 - so I didn’t have such a mental fight. I just got out there and got on with it. Felt awesome!
More water next time 😂
