A mix up wk, 3 different runs, took each one as it came (but of course in my usual 🐌 pace shuffle) I was amazed that I was putting each run (shuffle) in the bag. As it was a new wk, thought, need a new playlist, what’s gonna get me through W5, as a non material girl, had to be Madonna. Music melt down in R2 which in actual fact worked in my favour, by the time I’d managed to rectify the playlist Sarah M kicked in to tell me i was doing really well & only had a min to go 🤣 Happy days
Today (as I only run Mon, Wed & Fri) was the big one, as I left the house Sarah M said today we’re going to do 5 min warm up, 20 min run & 5 min cool down walk.
WHAT DID SHE JUST SAY? 😱🥵

My W1R1 was also the day I stopped smoking, I can’t believe, I ran (did my old girl shuffle) for 20 mins straight today. My recovery time has amazed me.
