WOW! HOW DID THAT JUST HAPPEN?

I just ran for 5 minutes not once or twice but three times πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

I'm not going to lie I thought I wouldn't make it so I purposely slowed my pace down to give me a fighting chance.

First 5 mins no problem at all

Second 5 mins I was glad to hear Sarah tell me at half way stage but it felt like ages till she got to the minute marker. Really needed that second break

Then the 3rd 5 mins. Well what can I say. It felt like an eternity. It tried desperately to break me but I wasn't having it and finally it was over.

Writing this from my oxygen tent where you will find me for the next 2 days

Good luck with your runs this week

If I can do it you can do it πŸ›ŒπŸ›ŒπŸ›Œ

Well done! Relax in your oxygen tent ;)

I'll have this challenge tomorrow. I will remember to pace myself nice and slow, and to take extra lung or two :)

Good luck with your next run.

Hehehe, are you sure you have there oxygen? For some reason I heard it as if it was helium :D

Anyway, enjoy the rest day. I'll do my best to enjoy my today's run :)

PS. Thank you

Brilliant- well done. Having been there I know how hard you have just worked. Hopefully as well as the tent you’re also basking in a glow of the satisfaction of a job well done.

Happy running from now on.

Not so much of a glow as a small waterfall of perspiration πŸ˜“πŸ˜“πŸ˜“

Well done to you. You sound pretty much like I was at that stage. The turning point for me was when I did my first 20 minute run. Keep the belief because you can do it. Just think of Nuno reinforcing the team spirit to you as you go .... Wolves ay we! 🐺

Well done!!! It is a tough one but it will all come together!

Start off slow, go at that faster pace at the end if there’s any energy then! You’re doing great!
