Just completed week 5 run 3 but I actually feel like I’ve cheated myself as I was finding the mental battle so hard that I slowed to a walk for a minute 15 minutes in. I feel like I’ve failed :-(

Well done.

Every run is training for the next one.

Have a rest day and try again. Best not to move on until you have fully completed the demands of the workout........that would be cheating yourself.

No, we never fail, we try and sometimes it’s a practice run. Take some rest and next time start off very slowly and I’m sure you’ll smash it 👍😁

First time I did this run I got to 15 minutes then walked for 2 mins before doing the final 3 min run. Regarded it as a practice. Next time got my husband to come with me to keep me going and managed it. So well done you for getting this far and just try again.
