I was planning to go out early this morning but the wind and rain was just too much. As soon as the rain stopped I made myself go out there and managed to do it even with wind blowing against me for half of it 🙄 for anyone just starting and having really achy legs just do your cool down stretches they really work!!

Great effort - you are right, cool down stretches do work and are essential to let you get on with the day. Happy running
