Have picked up a bit of a dodgy ankle after a long hike on Friday am so cross- should have run on Friday (w2, r3) but instead did a 5 mile walk across moors and am laid up!! I really want to reach the end of week 3 - that’s the big mental barrier for me knowing I can run for 3 mins means running for more than 30 seconds isn’t a fluke ha 🤣.
Hope everyone else is smashing it in this wild weather this weekend! 👍🏆
