Don’t worry about next weeks runs. This weeks runs will have prepared you for them and you can absolutely do it! Just take it nice and slow at the start of each run so that you’re not struggling. Your body can do it, it’s your mind that tells you you can’t 😉

Once you’ve got this week done you’ll be ready for it. Just think about one week at a time 😁

Exactly what they said, ☝🏼 😀 and go slowly, then slow down, and slow down again, really worked for me when I felt I was struggling! Your body is ready your mind just has to play catch up, I’ve surprised myself on every single run!

You are going to be just fine. You have done really well so far. Keep this in your head.....

Trust in yourself. Trust in the plan.

Say to yourself, "I will, I can!"

Top tip: let next week take care of itself. Trust the programme and by the time you get there, you will be ready. 👍

Well done! No need to be scared, the programme does work! So many of us on the forum are coming to this programme and beyond as complete non-runner. This forum is so full of tips and ideas for further reading. Keep it slow and steady and you will be fine - really you will! If you have found the runs so far to be manageable you will handle the next runs I'm sure!

Let us all know how you get on and don't think ahead too much!

Don't feel scared of any runs, take them all slowly, trust and keep to the program, a little tip for you, don't look ahead to the following weeks, wait for the instructions from your coach before you run.
