Talking out loud

Do you also speak out loud to your trainer? If so, what kinds of things do you say?

Depends what app you have, however, with C25K all the trainers are experts and will coach you with no problems whatsoever, however, once you have graduated and have the Strava app, there are coaches on it who talk back to you if you have not completed a run within a certain time or even when you are running you are going too slow despite giving the run everything, I would imagine you would talk back to your coach using words that are not allowed on this forum.

Hahaha something’s cannot be repeated her, it’s true. However other times I’m just saying stuff like “ok” “yes Michael” and “I hate this”

She's just so positive and encouraging that everytime she says something like 'You can do this!' I instantly respond with a big 'Yeah!' and then immediately become aware of the fact that I'm a bloke in a hoodie shuffling down the pavement suddenly yelling 'Yeah!' out of nowhere.

No wonder cats cross the street when they see me coming. 😜
