Top of my legs are killing me after my first couch to 5k run on Sunday, going to do my normal gym class today which is body conditioning that consist of stepping on and off a box,but a lot harder than it sounds. going to do my second run on Wednesday so to give these certain muscles a rest

Makes sense. If it hurts, slow down a little. Initially you’re training your muscles to move correctly and efficiently: pace can come later. Have fun out there x
