Well done! 👍 It is almost magical feeling yourself getting fitter! Take care of that calf - make sure you do some gentle calf stretches after each run (which I am sure you already do). I had some calf niggles when I first started running, and found doing some strength work on them helped a lot. A very simple one is calf raises. You slowly rise up onto the balls of your feet, hold for a few seconds and slowly lower - 3 x 10 reps. Quite easy to do when you are brushing your teeth (if your balance is okay!) Onwards and upwards!

Excellent stuff, you're on your way. I agree with the other advice about stretching & strengthening your calves. I hope the rest of the week goes well for you.
