Some runs are tougher than others let’s hope you breeze through the next one and well done for getting this far

Sometimes runs are tougher than we are expecting... great job beating a tough one.
There’s often a reason for it, and if you can identify what it was that’s great (hydration, nutrition, sleep etc) as it can be corrected for next time. Occasionally, runs just suck... the next one is generally much smoother.
In this case, if you look at the last three runs to W6R3 and then the last three to W7R1 you’ll notice that there’s a step up even though the two individual runs are the same... some of that feeling today will be down to that. Your body is adjusting to the workload, and you’ll be fine next run.

All the best for your next run, hopefully normal happy running will resume. Relax and enjoy the run.

Well done for completing it! Some of the runs are tough but often the following one feels so much better! Two day breaks can help too because you can feel fresher.

When it starts to feel harder, you’re starting to get somewhere. If it’s easy, your body knew how to do it already.

Don't dwell on a 'bad' run. It doesn't mean the next one won't be brilliant. I often find the lower my expectation, the better the run. 👍
