Congratulations to you Clairwalker751 on completing run 3 of week 5 with your dog, that run is a milestone run with C25K, it's even more important than run

3 of week 9 as its the run once you have completed it you know that you will be able to complete the course, very few people give up after completing that run, I know that you won't.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. 😊 🏃🏾

I hope your dog also loves C25K. 😊

Thank you Almorr! My dog and I used to run in canicross up to 10k sadly I became very unwell and haven't run for over 3 years thankfully the meds are working and I'm hopeful that I can run 5k again and I will be very happy with that! X
