Going to start week 4 on Tuesday but it’s on treadmill still not aloud to run out side doctor orders after ankle operation only trouble I have on treadmill I so slow I can run at 5.7 kph is this to slow advice please I still run with air cast on ankle

Hey Mandy, I’ve been listening to a podcast called ‘Not Your Average Runner’ with a running coach called Jill Angie, id recommend! She talks a lot about pace, one thing that stuck with me is that the definition of running is to go faster than a walk, so... speed doesn’t matter, you’re still running! And it’s not about speed, it’s about building up your fitness and endurance (in my mind anyway). I’m a complete novice but this is what I tell myself! Hope your ankle returns to normal ASAP :)

Thank you I done c25k once but then messed my ankle up so been out a year just starting back I want to run out side again but they say it to soon ankle still sore
